Fixed price
The evaluation with prototype is always fixed price. For the platform build-out, scope and deliverables are agreed after the go/no-go meeting and quoted before work starts; payments are tied to milestones.
Time & materials
Billed against actual hours or days at an agreed rate. Suited to projects where the scope may evolve as the work progresses.
Operations & support (monthly retainer)
A fixed monthly fee for hosting, monitoring, security updates and an agreed support budget. We agree with you which systems we maintain, response times and maintenance windows. We can also maintain AI chatbots or phone assistants.

How much does custom software cost?

In the €150 + VAT consultation, we develop an initial assessment and document recommendations, a rough cost and time range, and open questions. A project quote follows once scope and deliverables are agreed.
